Coaching is future-focused, strengths-based and positively orientated. Coaching will support you to discover how you are limiting yourself, and, with the insights gained, make choices that enable you to flourish. As a coach, I work alongside you on the journey from how you are right now to how you want to be.

You will be introduced to practices that can develop into habits of thinking and behaviour that enhance your ability to cope with life’s challenges. These changes lead to more confidence, happiness and contentment.

Why me?

I’ve worn many different hats over the years and am now a coach because it allows me the freedom to put everything I’ve learnt at your disposal. I use many of these tools myself to maintain my own wellbeing and I love working  with people to find out how different approaches can benefit them.

I have worked with thousands of people over the last thirty eight years as a counsellor, therapist, trainer and facilitator within different organisations in different capacities. (for more information see About Me.)

How I work

I work mostly on Zoom but also on the phone. I offer a free initial consultation which is usually half an hour long. In this session, you have an opportunity to experience how I work and decide if this is a good fit for you. The purpose is to set a clear goal for our work together and agree an initial contract.

This is usually for six sessions and in each session, we will evaluate how you are progressing towards the goal you set. Between sessions you will be asked to engage in exercises and practices to support you to achieve the goal(s) you have identified.
